Returns Policy unopened item:-

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Return policy open item:-

 

Within 7 days upon receiving your ZAAPTV box; you may return the item as long you have all the accessories and the original box, there will be 17% stocking fees on all returns. For each accessories missing listed below you will be charged $29.99 each (HDMI Cable, Remote control, power supply, Ethernet cable). 
There will be NO RETURN IF YOU REGISTER YOUR ZAAPTV BOX.

Shipping:-

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your shipment to be processed. This even applies to Air shipments and Intl' shipments.
  • We ship to the United States via UPS and USPS.
  • We ship worldwide via USPS Global Express.
  • We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and any other U.S. territory/commonwealth via the USPS.
  • In some cases, we will need to select a comparable alternate carrier. This will be at our discretion.
  • All shipments will have a tracking number. We will send you the tracking number via e-mail when your order is processed for shipment.
  • All international shipping required a phone Number to complete the shipping process. Also they are fully responsible for any duties fees if required.

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping page.
